The51 is helping bring hope to some of the world’s hardest places, including Afghanistan. Through our support of partners such as Radical, a ministry led by David Platt, we help advance Gospel-centred work among communities facing profound spiritual, social, and humanitarian challenges.
For women and girls in Afghanistan, those challenges are immense. Years of conflict, combined with severe restrictions on education, employment, and public life, have left millions vulnerable to poverty, abuse,forced marriage, trafficking, and exploitation. For many, opportunities once within reach have disappeared, leaving entire communities trapped in cycles of fear and hopelessness.
Yet Christians believe lasting transformation begins with a simple but powerful truth: Every person is created in the image of God and has inherent worth, dignity, and value. That belief has inspired generations of Christians to care for the vulnerable, fight human trafficking, confront injustice, and bring hope to those living in difficult circumstances.
Through local believers and ministry partners, Radical is helping share that hope with people who have little or no access to the Gospel. Their work reaches some of the world’s most unreached communities, bringing light into places where hope can seem impossible to find.
This is why The51 exists. By investing in ministries that share the Gospel and serve vulnerable communities, we help create impact that reaches far beyond business. It is the young girl discovering her God-given value. It is the woman finding dignity and hope. It is communities exchanging fear for purpose and despair for possibility.
Afghanistan’s challenges remain significant, but we believe no person is forgotten, no community is beyond hope, and no nation is beyond the reach of God’s love.
